Neighborcare Health: Making Healthcare Accessible to Everyone

For more than 40 years, Neighborcare Health has brought the Seattle community together through its annual Feast at the Market fundraising event.

Held each September at Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market, this special event brings together local restaurants, chefs, businesses, and community supporters for an evening of delicious food and meaningful giving.

But the real impact goes far beyond the event itself.

Funds raised help Neighborcare Health provide essential healthcare services to individuals and families, regardless of their ability to pay. These services include primary medical care, mental health support, outreach to people experiencing homelessness, and comprehensive, whole-person healthcare.

Together, Neighborcare’s Pike Place Market clinic and Housing Health Outreach Team provide more than 14,000 medical and mental health visits annually, serving over 2,600 patients. Nearly 39% of these patients are experiencing or have recently experienced homelessness.

We’re proud to support an organization dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible to some of our community’s most vulnerable neighbors.

October Charity of the Month: American Cancer Society

Supporting Hope, Awareness, and the Fight Against Breast Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re honored to announce the American Cancer Society as our October Charity of the Month!

Breast cancer affects millions of families, and awareness, early detection, and access to care can make a life-changing difference.

Did you know?

• 1 in 8 women in the United States will develop invasive breast cancer during her lifetime.
• When breast cancer is detected at a localized stage, the five-year relative survival rate is greater than 99%.
• Early detection, recommended screenings, and advances in treatment continue to play an important role in improving outcomes.

The American Cancer Society supports lifesaving cancer research, provides educational resources, helps patients navigate treatment, and offers valuable support to individuals and families facing a cancer diagnosis.

Throughout October, A&M Insurance Services will donate $20 to the American Cancer Society for every referral we receive.
