Tom Buell brings professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine desire to serve clients to his role on A & M Insurance Services, Inc.’s commercial lines team. He began his insurance career in 2022 with a State Farm agency, where he developed a strong foundation in client service and insurance fundamentals. From there, he continued to build his experience at larger agencies, expanding his knowledge of commercial lines and surety bonds.

Today, Tom enjoys helping business owners navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence. He values building strong client relationships and believes in taking the time to understand each business, its risks, and the coverage options that may help protect it. His approachable nature, attention to detail, and service-minded attitude make him a valuable part of the A&M commercial insurance team.

Born in Washington, D.C., and raised in California, Tom now proudly calls Seattle home. He enjoys the energy of city life and appreciates opportunities to stay connected through local community organizations outside of work.

When he is not helping commercial clients, Tom is often found with a good book in hand. An avid reader, he completes more than 75 books each year and especially enjoys fantasy and political science. He is also a dedicated Seattle Kraken fan and has followed the team since its debut in 2021. Whether he is cheering from Climate Pledge Arena or watching from home, Tom brings plenty of enthusiasm to game day.

Tom also enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and preparing a wide range of cuisines, from gumbo to birria tacos. He appreciates good food, great stories, and meaningful connections—qualities that also show up in the care he brings to his work with clients.

Tom joined A & M Insurance Services, Inc. in 2026 and looks forward to supporting, connecting with, and advocating for the agency’s commercial insurance clients.
