  • Recipe for Easy Pea Salad

    n a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and white vinegar. Season with ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon black pepper.
    2. Add peas, bacon, onion, and cheese to the same bowl and gently stir to coat.
    3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Season with additional salt & pepper to taste.

  • Classic Broccoli Salad Recipe

    Instructions
    1. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds/nuts, and bacon. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix well.
    3. It is best to cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
