Charity of the Month- Make-A-Wish Walk For Wishes

A&M Insurance is happy to be naming Make-A -Wish Alaska and Washington’s Walk for Wishes as our charity of the month. We will be supporting our very own Christina Bender in her efforts to raise money for this worthy and important cause.

Since 1986, Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington has granted spectacular wishes to more than 5,400 children battling life-threatening medical conditions. With more than 320 children awaiting their wishes this year, the race is on to raise funds and make these dreams become reality!

When a child is diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition, their world suddenly collapses. They are robbed of a carefree childhood and are forced to deal with the painful realities that no child should have to face. You have the power to make a difference in these children’s lives.  Please support Christina in her efforts to make wishes come true for children battling life-threatening medical conditions.

You can offer your support by either joining her at the Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington’s Walk For Wishes on Sunday, September 14 at Marymoor Park!  This family-friendly 5K walk and fun run will raise funds to help support the wish granting efforts.
