Erica’s Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
Making your own smoked salmon dip couldn’t be easier. This classic dip is creamy, smoky, savory, rich, and delicious. You can use store-bought smoked salmon or home-smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 12 ounces of whipped cream cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 8 ounces or 1/2 pound of smoked salmon (broken into little chunks and pieces)
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper or black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika or smoked paprika (optional)
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, white pepper, garlic, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dried dill, and smoked paprika to a medium mixing bowl (or food processor) and whip until well blended and creamy.

Break the smoked salmon into small pieces, then add it to the cream cheese mixture.

Fold the smoked salmon into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula.

Refrigerate the dip for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Serve it with crackers or your favorite charcuterie items such as crostini, cucumbers, peppers, and carrots.
