February Charity of the Month:  Sound Generations (Meals on Wheels)

We believe good things should ripple outward—so for every referral received in January, A & M Insurance® made a matching $20 donation to our Charity of the Month.

Thanks to your referrals, we donated a total of $220.00 to Sound Generations (Meals on Wheels)

Sound Generations (Meals on Wheels)—the largest provider of comprehensive senior assistance services for aging adults and their loved ones across the Greater Seattle Area and King County.

Sound Generations connects older adults and adults with disabilities to vital resources by providing:

  • Food security

  • Transportation

  • Health and wellness programs

  • Assistance services

One of the most impactful programs is Meals on Wheels, which delivers well-balanced, nutritious, ready-to-eat meals each week to seniors who may have difficulty shopping or preparing food. With convenient home delivery and specialized options—including vegetarian and kosher meals—Meals on Wheels helps seniors maintain independence while also offering meaningful support to caregivers.

Seattle Children’s has been caring for children for more than a century, guided by a founding belief that every child deserves exceptional care regardless of race, religion, gender, or a family’s ability to pay. That mission continues today through specialized pediatric care, groundbreaking research, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and families. With the support of generous donors and dedicated volunteers, Seattle Children’s works every day to deliver hope, healing, and brighter futures.
