Christina Bender brings a vibrant blend of experience, warmth, and leadership to our agency. A lifelong resident of Oregon and Washington, she proudly considers the Pacific Northwest the only place she’d ever want to call home—though she’s always happy to escape to sunny beaches whenever she gets the chance.
A passionate traveler and lover of history, Christina has nearly checked off every island in the Caribbean and dreams of one day standing before the pyramids of Egypt. When she’s not planning her next adventure, she enjoys reading, relaxing in the sunshine, and sampling delicious cookies—her all-time favorite treat. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter. Christina finds joy in the simple things.
Christina began her career with A & M Insurance Services, Inc. in October 1996 as a receptionist. After earning her insurance license in January 1998, she continued to grow within the agency, taking on management responsibilities and overseeing accounting and payroll by 2008—all while providing outstanding service to her clients.
In January 2016, Christina and her business partner, Erica Baker, became the proud owners of A & M Insurance Services, Inc., where they continue to serve as agency principals.
Christina’s colleagues appreciate her deep industry knowledge, dependable nature, and calm, friendly presence in the office. Known to occasionally break into song—much to everyone’s delight—Chris is a favorite among customers as well. She’s always happy to welcome visitors for a cup of coffee, and if you want to make her day, bring a cookie—her favorite treat.
