ERICA BAKER, CISR, ACSR
Insurance Agent • Foodie • Gardener • Dog Lover
Erica Baker brings a blend of deep insurance expertise, creativity, and genuine warmth to our agency. A proud dog mom to two feisty Scottish Terriers, she loves spending her free time traveling with family—whether that means camping under the stars, fishing on the coastal waters, boating in the summer sun, or taking road trips across the U.S. She also enjoys fishing on the coastal waters and in the beautiful Puget Sound. Her travels have taken her to several foreign countries, and she hopes to explore more of Europe in the future.
When she’s not outdoors, Erica is often found in her garden, in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, or canning seasonal produce. She enjoys decorating cakes for special occasions and hosting memorable dinner parties for friends and family. Good food, good company, and good conversation are her specialties.
Originally from Eastern Washington, Erica grew up in the small community of Newman Lake, steps away from the Idaho border. She joined A & M Insurance Services, Inc. in May 2001 as an insurance agent, quickly earning promotions into management as well as overseeing marketing and human resources by 2008—while still serving her clients with exceptional care.
In January 2016, Erica and her business partner, Christina Bender, proudly became the agency’s owners and continue to serve as agency principals.
What Erica loves most about insurance is empowering clients with the knowledge they need to make smart, confident decisions that protect their families and their futures. She is also passionate about finding meaningful ways for A & M Insurance Services, Inc. to give back to the community.
Her colleagues value her expertise, humor, patience, and easygoing nature. A&M is proud to have Erica’s leadership, insight, and heart guiding the agency forward.
