A&M Insurance Great Company!!! I have purchased all of my home and car insurance thru them for the past 6 years, normally every 2or 3 years I would change companies or at least shop my insurance. When I first visited A &M I met Christina Bender very knowledgeable about insurance in general and explained that A&M could broker many different insurance companies. I realized that A&M could take all the hassle out of my shopping. I never had to listen to SALES gobblty gook from Christina just the facts and the numbers. When I had questions I got almost instant answers When you are a little up in age just the facts and numbers are important! When I had special requests (like copies of my Insurance binders) immediate action !! I have recommended A&M many many times to friends as a good place to go. When I brought it to their attention, and suggested putting the difference towards the coming dues, they refused. My car was severely damaged in a snow storm last year. A parking structure came down on it. One phone call to A&M Insurance and processing of my claim began. Everyone was was so courteous and helpful: very patient in walking me through the process.

My computer skills are not good. My first contact helped me to file my claim. Told me exactly what to do in steps. If someone was to call me, it happened within the time window given. My claim was processed in a timely manner. I was given the option of who was to be the repair garage. I chose the one suggested and could not be happier with their work. Because of my policy a rental car was authorized. Needless to say I am 110% happy and satisfied,

Information is proactive vs reactive in regards to my insurance needs when I provide information, meaning, I am provided with the need to change coverage now vs lack of coverage later based on information I provide when I call in with changing needs, status, updates, etc. Plus additional options that fit my general needs is provided but not the big sell. Also, wisdom of not keeping policies that are draining of cash and not providing me of additional benefit. I have been with A&M I think since my original move to the Renton area around 1990 (wow!). She got me through the trials and tribulations of having 3 teenage drivers on our insurance.
